A Deciphering Brazil foi fundada em 2015, pela professora Keyla Lima Dragonetti. Formada em letras, especialista em administração de empresas e mestre em língua portuguesa pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), já lecionou português para alunos de mais de 50 nações dos 5 continentes, incluindo figuras públicas, cônsules e diplomatas, presidentes e diretores de multinacionais, comissários e universitários. Atualmente, além de coordenar a Dechipering Brazil, avança rumo ao seu doutorado em Português como Língua Estrangeira, além de participar ativamente na elaboração de materiais didáticos, palestras e congressos focados no ensino de português para estrangeiros.
